Welcome to History at Play, a selection of toys including unique, locally crafted toys, toys inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame, and toys that have become part of a large collecting tradition. All were once owned and cherished by Ontario County children in the 19th and 20th centuries. Their specific forms may have changed over time, but these toys will remain a foundation of our past, present, and future at play. On display in the Northeast Gallery through February 21, 2026.
