OCHS Research Request FAQ:
- Ontario County Historical Society charges $30 per hour for staff time spent on research requests regardless of results found. Payment must be submitted electronically with this form.
- All research results will be sent electronically unless otherwise requested.
- Physical copies will be billed at $0.25 per page plus a minimum $5.00 shipping and handling fee.
- Research is conducted in the order in which requests are received.
- Target date for completion of any research request is a maximum of eight (8) weeks, unless additional research is requested or additional time is needed by our staff, in which case we will contact you.
